Stocks Extend Their Winning Streak, Major Indexes Hit New All-Time Highs
Stocks extended their winning streak on Friday and for the week, with the Dow now up 4 weeks in a row, the S&P up 6 weeks in a row, and the Nasdaq up 7 weeks in a row.
YTD, the Dow is up 20.1%, the S&P is up 24.5%, and the Nasdaq is up 28.7%. And they are all sitting at new all-time highs.
And there's still another month and a half to go.
Within that time, many are expecting to see a powerful end of year rally given the strength of the economy and record low unemployment.
Traders are also expecting the U.S. and China to formalize and sign their phase 1 trade agreement within the next few weeks.
And for the House to pass the USMCA deal by year's end, where it should quickly sail through the Senate after that.
This truly is an historic time for the economy and for the market as both continue to set record after record.
