Fitbit
Fitbit hasn’t missed earnings estimates since its IPO but investors haven’t rewarded the company thanks to intense competition and pricing concerns. This could be a case where guidance will be the key, as this is really what tarnished the company in the previous quarter. Still, shares have a Zacks Rank #4 (sell) heading into the report so more pain could be ahead in the near term.
Taser has been in the news a lot recently thanks to ongoing concerns related to policing polices, and for a while shares weren’t really responding. However, we have finally seen a bit of a lift in share prices, though earnings estimates haven’t kept up. The stock could now be overbought unless fundamentals
Trading has been pretty choppy for First Solar lately, but it has seen some sluggish earnings estimates in recent sessions and a Zacks Rank of just #3 (hold). This isn’t a great sign heading into its report—especially with a big negative Earnings ESP—though the company does have a good track record heading into the earnings release at least.
