The fall was mainly due to the impacts of the Maui wildfires, unseasonable weather conditions in several markets and unanticipated delays in renovation in the quarter. Financial Position
Host Hotels exited the first quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $1.35 billion, up from $1.14 billion as of Dec 31, 2023.
