Read MoreHide Full Article

BNY is an asset management company that was founded by Alexander Hamilton in 1784. It had $2.1 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2025. It provides investment solutions to individuals, intermediaries and institutional investors.

BNY uses a sustainability framework by implementing governance principles and ethical standards, and risk management practices. Moreover, it uses artificial intelligence (AI) in its investment approach that enhances operational efficiency. All these elements make it a dependable investment option.

We have chosen three BNY mutual funds — BNY Mellon International Equity Fund (SNIEX - Free Report) , BNY Mellon Floating Rate Income (DFLIX - Free Report) and BNY Mellon Large Cap Securities Fund (DREVX - Free Report) — that investors should buy now for the long term. These funds have a Zacks Mutual Fund Rank #1 (Strong Buy) or 2 (Buy), positive three-year and five-year annualized returns, minimum initial investments within $5000, and expense ratios considerably lower than the category average. So, these funds have provided a comparatively stronger performance and carry a lower fee.

BNY Mellon International Equity fund invests most of its assets in common stocks of foreign companies. SNIEX also invests in stocks that are not part of the MSCI EAFE Index.

Keith Howell Jr. has been the lead manager of SNIEX since Oct. 28, 2025. Most of the fund's holdings were in companies like BNP Paribas SA (3.6%), Barclays PLC (3.2%) and TotalEnergies SE (3.2%) as of June 30, 2025.
