Key Takeaways

  • Hims & Hers launches Hers in Australia, rebranding Juniper and expanding its women's healthcare services.
  • Hers offers personalized care, 24/7 support and broader specialties, backed by Eucalyptus' local presence.
  • HIMS leverages Eucalyptus' local presence to boost brand recognition, customer retention and revenues.

Hims & Hers Health (HIMS - Free Report) recently announced the launch of Hers, its women's health platform, in Australia. The launch rebrands Juniper, the women's health platform of Eucalyptus and introduces treatment programs covering hair regrowth, menopause and perimenopause and weight management. The platform combines clinically proven treatment options with medication, nutrition and fitness support, and access to a Care Team around the clock.

The move completes Hims & Hers' broader platform rollout in the country following Pilot's transition to Hims in August 2026 and the company's acquisition of Eucalyptus earlier this year.

Rebecca Holdt, VP of Product, International, said the platform aims to make quality women's healthcare more accessible through digital services, regardless of patients' locations. Matt Vickers, chief medical officer of Hims & Hers Australia, emphasized the importance of evidence-based care that considers women's overall health rather than treating individual symptoms in isolation.

HIMS Stock Trend Following the News

HIMS stock has lost 3% since the announcement on Monday. Year to date, the stock has declined 8.5% against the industry’s 19.4% growth and the S&P 500’s 13.8% rise.

The launch broadens HIMS' international growth strategy by extending its established women's healthcare model into Australia. Integrating Juniper into the Hers brand could help the company build stronger brand recognition, cross-specialty engagement and customer retention in the market. Supported by Eucalyptus' established local presence, the launch could strengthen HIMS’ recurring revenue opportunities as adoption of personalized digital healthcare grows in Australia.

HIMS currently has a market capitalization of $7.15 billion.

Hers will offer Australian women access to hair regrowth treatments and hormonal health services covering conditions such as polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), menopause and perimenopause care and personalized weight management. The company's weight management offering includes a digital companion designed around women's needs, supported by its research and more than 20 peer-reviewed studies focused specifically on women. Women can request female practitioners and connect with a community of more than 27,000 women.

Existing Juniper patients will continue receiving care from their current Australian practitioners and care team, now with access to a broader range of specialties. Gus Wood will oversee the Australian market as General Manager, while Dr. Matt Vickers will serve as chief medical officer of Hims & Hers Australia.
