• RBC Capital upgraded shares of CVS Caremark (NYSE:CVS) to "Outperform" rating from "Sector Perform" rating

• Wells Fargo upgraded shares of Eagle Rock Energy (NASDAQ:EROC) to "Outperform" rating from "Market Perform" rating
