Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 1991 and is managed by AMR Investments. The objective of this fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation primarily through investment in equity securities of issuers based outside the United States. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks (collectively, ''stocks'') of issuers. The fund is co-managed by a team of two managers. They are William F. Quinn and Nancy A. Eckl. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually in December.
