Fund Description

The fund invests at least 65% of its net assets in foreign companies in developed markets, such as Japan, France and the United Kingdom, and may invest up to 20% in emerging markets such as China, India and Brazil. Under normal circumstances, it invests a majority of net assets in the common stock of small- and mid-sized companies, with market capitalizations within the range of the MSCI EAFE SMID Cap Growth Index (Net). It may at times emphasize one or more sectors, including industrials and information technology.
