Fund Description

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities, primarily common and preferred stock and depositary receipts (ADRs, EDRs, GDRs), and may invest in other registered investment companies and ETFs focused on non-U.S. equities. It targets companies with significant foreign ties and normally holds issuers from at least three countries outside the U.S., with potential significant exposure to Europe and the U.K. It may invest across market capitalizations, and its investments may be denominated in foreign currencies. When fully invested, it generally holds about 20 positions and may hold significant cash or cash equivalents when opportunities are limited. It is non-diversified.
