Fund Description
The fund was incepted in June 1970 and is managed by Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P. The fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in the stocks of small and medium sized companies. The fund generally invests in the stocks of companies with market capitalizations of less than $5 billion at the time of purchase. Dividends are distributed semi annually and capital gains annually.
