Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of net assets (including borrowings for investment) in equity securities of domestic and foreign dividend-paying companies, including firms announcing special dividends or dividends within six months. It invests primarily in common stocks, but may also hold preferred stock and depositary receipts, across market caps and sectors, and may at times hold a significant amount in a single sector; it may have significant exposure to the information technology sector. Foreign investing is not limited, but emerging markets are capped at 25% of net assets. It seeks high current dividend income and may use dividend capture strategies with active trading, potentially resulting in turnover above 100%. ESG factors may be considered for long-term holdings.
