Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, including amounts borrowed for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies listed, domiciled, or conducting a meaningful amount of business in emerging markets. Emerging market companies may derive at least 50% of revenues or net profits from, or hold at least 50% of assets or production capacity in, emerging market countries, or be organized, headquartered, or principally traded there. Eligible countries are those classified by the World Bank/IFC or included in MSCI emerging market indices. Using a bottom-up mix of fundamental research and quantitative tools, it seeks undervalued stocks relative to intrinsic value and may invest across market caps in common and preferred stocks, REITs, ETFs, convertible securities, and ADRs/EDRs/GDRs, with potential sector or country/region concentration.
