Fund Description

The fund seeks opportunities in companies undergoing Positive Dynamic Change, defined as High Unit Volume Growth or Positive Lifecycle Change, such as benefiting from rapidly growing demand, market dominance, new regulations, product innovation, or new management. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies of any market capitalization that are engaged in the health sciences sector; equity securities include common or preferred stocks that are listed on U.S. or foreign exchanges. It may hold a substantial portion of assets in fewer issuers, invest in privately placed and foreign securities, trade actively, and hold cash and cash equivalents up to 15% of net assets.
