Fund Description

The fund seeks opportunities in companies undergoing Positive Dynamic Change, including High Unit Volume Growth and Positive Lifecycle Change such as benefits from new regulations, product innovation, or new management. It invests primarily in dividend-paying equity securities, including common and preferred stocks, targeting capital appreciation and dividends, and groups holdings as Dividend Leaders, Dividend Growers, and Kings of Cash Flow. It must invest at least 65% of total assets in dividend-paying equities, with up to 35% of its total assets in equity securities that do not pay dividends or in money market instruments and repurchase agreements. It focuses on companies whose market capitalizations are within the range of the S&P 500 Index at purchase, may trade actively, may concentrate in a single sector such as information technology, communication services, or financials, and is diversified under the 1940 Act, measured at purchase.
