The Manager believes companies undergoing Positive Dynamic Change offer the best opportunities. Positive Dynamic Change includes firms with High Unit Volume Growth or Positive Lifecycle Change; Positive Lifecycle Change includes, for example, companies benefitting from new regulations, a new product innovation, or new management. Under normal market circumstances, it invests at least 85% of net assets plus borrowings in equity securities of any market cap, including common or preferred stocks listed on U.S. or foreign exchanges, and may invest in foreign and privately placed securities. It may focus in a single sector, may sell at a target price or if expectations are not met, and may hold up to 15% in cash equivalents. Diversification is measured at purchase.
