Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities-generally common stocks-of companies with market capitalizations greater than $5 billion at purchase or within the market-cap range of the S&P 500 Index at purchase. It may emphasize one or more sectors, including information technology. The fund may use derivatives such as equity and index futures for cash equitization. Portfolio managers apply fundamental concepts in a systematic framework to identify mispriced stocks, combining quantitative and fundamental research to build sector- and industry-specific multi-factor models for constructing a diversified portfolio.
