The fund uses fundamental stock selection to identify long-term growth opportunities and build a globally diversified portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. companies across all market capitalizations. It targets companies aligned with preferred themes tied to long-term secular growth trends, emphasizing sustainable growth characteristics at attractive valuations that do not fully reflect their long-term potential. The team seeks high-quality businesses with a sustainable competitive advantage, a superior business model and a high-quality management team, and considers material ESG factors alongside other research. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in equity securities or similar instruments, including common and preferred stocks, convertibles, depositary receipts, and rights and warrants; it can invest in emerging and less developed markets and limited equity-linked participation certificates.
