Fund Description

The fund uses fundamental stock selection to identify long-term growth opportunities in a diversified portfolio of non-U.S. growth companies across all market capitalizations. It focuses on preferred themes tied to long-term secular trends, seeking industry leaders positioned to benefit from structural change, with sustainable growth characteristics and attractive valuations that may not fully reflect long-term potential. The process evaluates competitive advantages, business models and management quality, and considers material environmental, social and governance factors alongside other research. It primarily invests in developed markets, may allocate up to 35% to emerging and less developed markets, and is typically substantially fully invested in common stocks and similar securities, with at least 65% in non-U.S. companies. It may also use limited equity-linked securities for economic exposure.
