Fund Description

The fund uses fundamental stock selection to build a diversified portfolio of primarily non-US small- and mid-cap growth companies, seeking durable, idiosyncratic opportunities and generally seeks long-term investments in high-quality businesses tied to structural growth themes and led by strong management. It targets sensible valuations, often in contrarian fashion, and considers material environmental, social and governance factors alongside other research. Under normal circumstances, it invests no less than 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks and other securities of small- and mid-cap companies. It invests at least 65% in non-US companies across developed and emerging markets, and may use equity-linked securities and limited debt, including below-investment-grade and convertible securities.
