Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1982 and is managed by Shay Assets Management, Inc. The fund seeks to achieve as high a level of current income as is consistent with the preservation of capital and maintenance of liquidity. To achieve this objective, the fund primarily invests in high quality fixed and variable rate assets. The fund also invests in U.S. Government obligations that consist of obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government and its agencies or instrumentalities. Dividends are declared daily and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
