Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in stocks of smaller-capitalization U.S. companies, defined as those with market capitalizations not greater than that of the largest company in the Russell 2000 Index at the time of investment. It uses quantitative and qualitative techniques in a multi-step process, ranking stocks based on measures such as valuation, quality, growth and/or sentiment, then incorporating factors including economic events, corporate announcements, risk management, transaction costs and/or liquidity. It may invest in REIT equities and may trade actively, potentially increasing transaction costs and capital gains distributions.
