Fund Description

American Century Small Capital Quantitative Fund, Investor Class was incepted in July 1998 and is managed by American Century Investment Management. The objective of this fund is to seek capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in small sized companies that have both growth and value characteristics. It utilizes quantitative management techniques in a two-step process that draws heavily on computer technology. The fund offers dividends quarterly. Capital gains are distributed twice a year in March and December.
