Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in small-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations no larger than the largest company in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index or the Russell 2000 Index. It seeks equity securities of smaller companies whose stock prices may not reflect their value, aiming to buy these undervalued stocks and hold them until prices reach or exceed levels the managers believe better reflect fair value. The fund may invest in REITs. Holdings may be sold if valuation criteria change, risks outweigh return potential, better alternatives emerge, or events alter prospects. It may trade actively and frequently, potentially increasing transaction costs and capital gains distributions.
