Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, in a roughly 35-stock, non-diversified portfolio of equity securities across any market capitalization in companies the manager believes are undergoing "Positive Dynamic Change," including High Unit Volume Growth or Positive Lifecycle Change driven by factors such as new regulations, product innovation, or new management. It may invest in common or preferred stock and securities convertible into equity, including warrants and rights, and in companies traded on domestic or foreign exchanges. The fund emphasizes firms fostering and benefiting from technological improvements and innovations, may concentrate in a single sector, and may trade actively. It may hold cash and cash equivalents up to 15%.
