Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies the adviser believes offer above-average potential for growth in revenues, profits, or cash flow, with dividend and interest income secondary. Under normal circumstances, all equity investments and at least 80% of net assets are invested in companies meeting religious criteria designed to avoid firms whose products, services, or practices conflict with Roman Catholic teachings, as set by a Catholic Advisory Board. It may invest across market caps and in foreign issuers, including via depositary receipts, and may hold fewer securities or emphasize particular issuers, with sector exposure varying over time. The adviser uses fundamental analysis, monitors each stock to determine whether the issuer remains in compliance with the fund's moral screening criteria and monitors investments in relation to the adviser's criteria for a growth company, and sells a holding when a company no longer meets the adviser's investment standards, and may sell in a manner that is not disruptive to the fund if the adviser determines the company operates inconsistently with Roman Catholic teachings based on criteria established by the Catholic Advisory Board.
