Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities and other instruments with similar economic characteristics, primarily common stock of U.S. and foreign issuers, with up to 25% of net assets in foreign securities. It may invest across all capitalization sizes, though a substantial number of holdings are large-capitalization issuers as defined by market capitalization relative to the range of companies included in the Russell 1000 Index. It targets companies with strong cash flow at attractive valuations using bottom-up fundamental selection, emphasizing cash flow growth, return on invested capital, proven execution, sector diversification, and opportunistic buying and selling.
