Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in high-quality common stocks of established companies listed on, or meeting the financial listing requirements of, the New York Stock Exchange and with strong records of earnings and dividends. It uses fundamental research, careful selection and broad diversification, considering current and potential income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks an above-average yield in its quarterly income distribution relative to the S&P 500 Index and aims to remain fully invested and diversified. Investments are selected exclusively from an adviser-maintained Eligible List based on Investment Standards. Assets are managed through multiple portfolio managers overseeing segmented portfolios, with securities sold when deemed less attractive.
