Fund Description

The fund is primarily a fund-of-funds, investing under normal circumstances in a mix of underlying funds, including ETFs, advised or underwritten by its investment manager or affiliates. Up to 20% of net assets may be allocated to unaffiliated funds and ETFs, as well as direct investments in equity and fixed income securities (including TIPS) and derivatives. Derivatives may include forwards, futures and options to seek incremental earnings, hedge, adjust exposure, increase flexibility or change effective duration. It can pursue alternative strategies, including absolute return approaches, and emphasizes equity-focused underlying funds across styles, capitalizations, regions and sectors.
