Fund Description

The fund selects stocks using quantitative and qualitative techniques in a multi-step process. Managers rank primarily large-cap, publicly traded U.S. companies from most to least attractive using objective measures such as valuation, quality, growth and/or sentiment, then review the model output alongside factors including economic events, corporate announcements, risk management, transaction costs and/or liquidity to build a portfolio intended to balance risk and return. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of net assets are invested in equity securities. Stocks are generally sold when they become less attractive, risks outweigh return potential, or events change prospects.
