Fund Description

The fund is a diversified portfolio that, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of growth companies domiciled, headquartered, or with primary business activities or principal trading markets in developing countries, including those in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index and others designated by the Adviser. It may invest up to 20% in developed and frontier countries, will invest in at least three countries, and may buy companies of any market capitalization. The Adviser seeks firms with growth opportunities, competitive advantages, exceptional management, and attractive valuation, and may transact in foreign currencies, generally without hedging.
