Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in companies engaged in mining, processing, fabricating, distributing, exploring for, or otherwise dealing in gold, and may change this policy only upon prior written notice to shareholders. Portfolio managers use a multi-step process combining quantitative and qualitative techniques, ranking stocks by measures such as valuation, quality and/or sentiment, then reviewing model output alongside economic events, corporate announcements, risk management, transaction costs and/or liquidity to build a portfolio balancing risk and return. They generally sell when a stock becomes less attractive, its risk outweighs return opportunity, or events alter its prospects.
