Fund Description

The fund seeks capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of domestic companies that meet its sustainable investment criteria. It primarily holds common stocks of medium and large capitalization companies (generally over $2 billion at purchase), with the ability to allocate a portion to small-cap stocks. It may invest up to 15% in foreign securities, including ADRs and emerging markets, and may invest in REITs. The adviser uses scenario analyses, engages with companies and stakeholders, and votes proxies case by case under its proxy voting policy. It may take a temporary defensive position and invest without limit in cash and prime quality cash equivalents.
