Fund Description

The fund selects stocks through a multi-step process combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. It evaluates primarily large-capitalization, publicly traded U.S. companies using objective measures such as valuation, quality, growth, and/or sentiment. Portfolio managers review model output and consider factors including economic events, corporate announcements, risk management, transaction costs, and/or liquidity to build a portfolio intended to balance risk and return. The fund also seeks a dividend yield greater than that of the S&P 500 Index. Stocks are generally sold when they become less attractive, risk outweighs return potential, or events change prospects.
