Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations, including obligations of U.S. government and public-sector entities, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, and corporate debt from both U.S. and foreign issuers. It exclusively invests in investment-grade debt, with ratings from major agencies or deemed investment grade by the Advisor. The fund may hold obligations with a "D" rating indicating partial payment default, and aims to maintain a portfolio duration aligned closely with its benchmark, the Bloomberg Intermediate U.S. Government/Credit Index. It seeks to achieve returns that exceed the benchmark through yield curve positioning, sector allocation, and security selection, while diversifying across issuers and sectors.
