Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1995 and is managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors. The objective of the fund is to seek current income and moderate capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in income-producing securities, consisting of fixed-income securities, dividend-paying common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks. Income dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed in June and December.
