Fund Description
The fund was incepted in July 1997 and is managed by Bridgeway Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks to provide a long-term total return of capital, primarily through capital appreciation. The fund achieves its objective by approximating the total return of the Cap-Based Portfolio 10 Index (the 'Index') published by the University of Chicago's Center for Research in Security Prices ('CRSP') over longer time periods. The fund invests more than 80% of its net assets in ultra-small company stocks based on company size at the time of purchase. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
