Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of blue chip growth companies, including common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants, and rights. The adviser defines blue chip companies as nationally recognized, well established, financially sound firms that usually have higher market capitalizations, and growth companies as Russell 3000 Growth Index constituents or companies with similar growth characteristics. It may invest up to 20% in ADRs and foreign companies traded on U.S. exchanges. Holdings are selected using in-depth, in-house research and may span any sector. The adviser may sell to secure gains, limit losses, or reinvest. The fund is non-diversified.
