Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of growth companies, including common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants, and rights. Growth companies are Russell 3000 Growth Index constituents at purchase or firms with growth characteristics consistent with inclusion. It may invest up to 20% of net assets in sponsored or unsponsored ADRs and foreign companies traded on U.S. exchanges. Holdings are selected via in-house research emphasizing valuation, management, debt, free cash flow, scalable models, and competitive advantages. It may invest in any sector and has significant investments in the information technology sector. The adviser may sell to secure gains, limit losses, or reinvest, and the fund is non-diversified.
