Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 2002 and is managed by Commerce Investment Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks total return through capital appreciation and current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a combination of underlying funds for which the adviser now or in the future acts as investment adviser. Under normal market conditions, approximately 60% of the fund's total assets may be allocated among underlying equity funds and approximately 40% may be allocated to underlying fixed-income funds. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains are distributed annually in December.
