Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in a globally diversified portfolio of equity securities, investing at least 80% of net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equities, including convertible securities convertible into equity securities. It may hold large-cap, mid-sized, and small-cap companies, with market caps measured at purchase. Under normal market conditions, it invests at least 40% of net assets in foreign issuers across multiple countries, or at least 30% if conditions are deemed unfavorable, and may use ADRs. It may invest significantly in emerging markets. The adviser uses fundamental analysis and considers ESG factors, applying a top-down diversification approach across company, industry, sector, country, and currency, and macro-level themes.
