Fund Description

The fund pursues its objective by implementing a proprietary market neutral strategy designed to seek income while maintaining a low correlation to foreign and domestic equity and bond markets. It uses a multi-strategy approach, seeking income from long positions in foreign and domestic dividend producing equity securities of any market capitalization size. To offset market risk, it sells short high-correlating equity index futures contracts, such as the S&P 500 Index, Russell 2000 or MSCI EAFE + Emerging Markets Indexes, or ETFs that track such indexes. It also seeks to offset remaining market risk through long Nasdaq-100 futures and short S&P 500 futures, or similar strategies the Adviser deems appropriate and necessary.
