Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1994 and is managed by Commerce Investment Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in stocks, primarily common stock. The fund invests principally in stocks of companies that show above-average growth in earnings. The fund's adviser believes that investing in companies with strong earnings growth will lead to future capital appreciation. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
