Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1997 and is managed by Commerce Investment Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks capital appreciation and, secondarily, current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in stocks, primarily common stock. The fund invests principally in stock of companies that are selling below fair market value compared to their future potential. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains are distributed annually in December.
