Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the U.S. and in the U.S., normally allocating the majority of assets to companies that pay dividends or repurchase shares. It may invest up to 25% of total assets in emerging markets and, under normal circumstances, at least 40% in a number of countries outside the U.S., with country determined by factors such as trading venue, incorporation, headquarters, MSCI classification, and revenue, profit, or asset location. The adviser follows a value style using fundamental research and quantitative analysis, emphasizing price-to-earnings ratio and yield, along with other valuation measures and financial strength, and may invest in companies of any market capitalization and is not required to invest a minimum amount and is not limited to investing a maximum amount in companies in any particular country.
