Fund Description

The fund was incepted in July 1938 and is managed by Alliance Capital Management. This fund's main objective is to seek long-term growth of capital and income primarily through investments in common stocks that Alliance believes, appreciates in value. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in mid-capitalization companies. If there are any dividends and capital gains, the management distributes them after the end of each calendar year.
