Fund Description

The fund invests in an internationally diversified manner, with at least 40% of assets in securities of foreign issuers, including through ADRs or similar arrangements. Foreign debt may be denominated in U.S. dollars or foreign currencies, and foreign government debt may not be supported by the government's full faith and credit. Although not a principal strategy, it may invest significantly in emerging markets. The portfolio may include securities of well-established companies with large market capitalizations as well as small, unseasoned companies; market capitalization is measured at the time of purchase. The adviser seeks securities it believes offer growth opportunities, considering financial soundness, earnings and cash flow forecasts, management quality, and ESG factors, and uses top-down diversification by company, industry, sector, country, and currency, emphasizing macro themes.
