Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies located in developed countries outside the U.S., typically allocating at least 80% of its total assets to these stocks, with a focus on companies that pay dividends or repurchase their shares. It may allocate up to 15% of total assets to emerging markets, as determined by various criteria, including stock exchange listing and revenue sources. Using a value investment approach, the Investment Adviser conducts fundamental research and quantitative analysis to identify undervalued stocks, assessing characteristics such as price-to-earnings ratios and yield. The fund may invest across all market capitalizations without set limits on country allocations.
