Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the U.S., normally committing at least 80% of total assets to stocks of companies in multiple foreign countries, and investing a majority of total assets in companies that pay dividends or repurchase shares. It may invest up to 15% of total assets in emerging markets, defined as countries in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The adviser uses a value approach combining fundamental research and quantitative analysis, applying capitalization and liquidity thresholds and valuation screens, conducting company visits and interviews, and using a proprietary risk model. Key factors include low price-to-earnings and high yield, as well as low price-to-book, low price-to-cash flow, and financial strength. It may invest across any market capitalization and has no country minimums or maximums.
