Fund Description

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of technology companies that may benefit from technological improvements, advancements or developments. It invests primarily in common stocks that the investment manager believes have potential for long-term growth and may invest across market capitalizations, including significant exposure to smaller companies. Under normal circumstances it invests at least 40% of net assets in non-U.S.-oriented companies and at least 25% of total net assets in issuers conducting principal business activities in technology and related industries. It may trade frequently and invest in foreign securities directly or via depositary receipts.
