Fund Description
The fund was incepted in April 2002 and is managed by Banc of America Capital Management. The objective of the fund is to seek long-term growth of capital by investing in companies believed to be undervalued. The fund employs a disciplined investment process that combines quantitative value screens with proprietary fundamental research and risk management. Dividends are distributed annually. Capital gains are distributed semi-annually.
