Fund Description
The fund was incepted in February 2000 and is managed by Century Capital Management, LLC. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of common and preferred stocks, and securities convertible into common stock, of companies with small market capitalizations that exhibit attractive growth and valuation characteristics. The fund typically invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities of issuers based in North America, including Bermuda. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains, if any, annually in December.
