Fund Description

The fund employs a bottom-up, relative value investment strategy focused on publicly traded real estate securities, utilizing a proprietary valuation model to assess the relative valuation based on price-to-net asset value (NAV), cash flow multiples, growth ratios, and a dividend discount model (DDM). Analysts engage in both quantitative and qualitative assessments, including commercial real estate supply and demand dynamics, management quality, strategy, and financial strength. Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks and equity securities of real estate companies, such as REITs. It may invest up to 20% in foreign real estate issuers, maintaining a diverse portfolio while considering relevant ESG factors in decision-making.
